Yes. You can write an invoice without a job and type the lines yourself. Once you start logging jobs, the lines come from them.
Yes. Everything logged against a job is already in the invoice draft at your rates and markup. You can change anything before you send it.
Yes. In the invoice template pick one of four layouts, add your logo, colours and your own texts, and see straight away what the client will see.
Yes. Kvedo turns the same invoice into an XML file and shows which details are still missing. In Latvia, e-invoices between companies become compulsory from 2028.
Yes. Open app.kvedo.com in your computer's browser and log in with the same account. It is easier to prepare quotes, review invoices and send them out there.
