Invoicing right on site
Before the invoice Kvedo shows a summary: time, materials, photos and the price. If the kilometres to the site have not been calculated, Kvedo says so, and you add them to the invoice before sending.
Features/ Invoicing
Kvedo is invoicing software for tradesmen where you do not have to write the invoice yourself. Hours, materials with markup and kilometres become automatic lines.
Join the waitlistThis is how much time goes on everyday tasks, counted in hours. The calculation comes from talks with tradesmen.

The invoice number builds itself from your prefix and the year. For construction services, switch on reverse charge VAT and the invoice shows the required note. The client can be a company or a private person, and Kvedo knows what has to be stated for each.
A PDF with a payment QR code reaches the client from your phone before you are back in the van.
Turn on the payment QR code and the invoice PDF carries it with the amount, account and number. Send the PDF from your phone or give a link the client opens without signing up.
Invoices can be exported to XLSX or CSV, or your accountant can export them. The list shows which invoices are paid, which are sent and which are already overdue.
The job is done
Hours, materials and kilometres are already on the job. Nothing to remember.
