Time tracking on site, not in the evening

Kvedo time tracking starts with one tap, or by GPS when you are on site. Hours build up on the specific job and person.

This is how much time goes on everyday tasks, counted in hours. The calculation comes from talks with tradesmen.

How Kvedo tracks working time

A time tracking app that knows what you are doing

The timer tells travel, work on site, a materials trip and a break apart. Driving time can have a rate of its own, so it can go on the invoice separately.

Hours tracked for each worker

Each worker can have their own hourly rate: what their hour costs you and what it costs the client. If somebody forgets to stop the timer, Kvedo says so, and the entry can be corrected.

A time tracking system for the manager

Reports show hours by type, labour cost and what has been billed, for each worker on their own. Where a job had an estimated time, Kvedo puts the planned hours next to the actual ones.

Time tracking software without the Excel sheet

Export the hours to XLSX, CSV or PDF. The accountant sees the work report separately and can export it themselves.

One day in the timesheet

Travel

Start the timer when you set off. Driving time can have its own rate.

Work on site

On site, switch the timer to work, or set the work to start by GPS location.

Break

A break is logged on its own, or when you are outside the marked GPS zone. It counts neither in costs nor on the invoice.

On the invoice

The invoice gets the hours worked, not the time from morning to evening.

Questions about time tracking

  • Kvedo records who worked, how long and on which job, and the data can be exported. Whether that meets the Labour Law's requirements in your company, check with your accountant.

  • After several hours Kvedo says the timer is still running. When the job is finished, all of its timers stop by themselves, and a wrong entry can be corrected.

  • Yes. If the timer was never started, add the entry with a start and an end time.

  • Yes. The timer and the entries work in a cellar or a new build with no signal, and the data reaches the server when the network is back.

  • Yes. Pick a period in the report, for example this week or last month, and you see each worker's hours, cost and the billed amount.
