How Kvedo calculates travel costs

Fleet accounting does not start here

Kvedo has no vehicle register, fuel cards or litres. It counts kilometres and minutes against a specific job so they go on the invoice. Log a fuel receipt as an expense.

An entry on the job instead of a waybill

Kvedo prints no waybill. Each drive stays as an entry with its start and end time on the job it belonged to, and the monthly report shows the km driven and the hours on the road.

The trip is priced before you drive

When the job has an address, Kvedo calculates the distance there and back, the driving time and the amount. The trip starts from your base or from where you are.

Agreement with the client on travel

One client is not charged for the drive, another has a fixed call-out price. You set that on the client card, and the invoice follows it by itself. Your company can have a minimum call-out charge.

The address, the drive, the invoice line

Address

Give the job the site address and Kvedo works out the distance and time there and back.

The drive

Press "Start drive", and time on the road counts separately from time on site.

The way home

If you invoice while still on site, Kvedo also adds the drive home you have not made yet.

Invoice lines

The kilometres and driving hours become invoice lines at your rates.
