What you can change in the invoice template
An invoice template instead of Excel
In an Excel form you type the number and the totals by hand. In Kvedo the number is built from your prefix and the year, the totals add up automatically, and you send the PDF to the client from your phone.
Four layouts, your own touch
Classic, colour header, minimal or sidebar. Pick one and the preview redraws right there. Set the colour and the text sizes.
Invoice template for the self-employed, without VAT
If you are not VAT registered, switch that on in the settings and no VAT is added to the invoice. Kvedo does not hide the fields the law requires, even if their toggles are switched off.
