Delivery notes tracked by document
Every document stays in the list with its original, its lines and the time it was booked. If someone tries to book the same delivery note twice, Kvedo says it is already there.
Features/ Delivery note scanning
Kvedo reads a supplier delivery note or purchase invoice from a photo: supplier, number, date, totals and every line. Book it and the quantities go into stock.
Join the waitlistThis is how much time goes on everyday tasks, counted in hours. The calculation comes from talks with tradesmen.

Photograph it page by page, up to ten pages, or upload a PDF from your email. Kvedo reads the supplier with its registration and VAT number, the document number, the date and the lines with prices.
On booking, every matched line adds its quantity to the balance, and the material's cost price updates to the latest price. Kvedo recalculates the client price with that material's markup.
Kvedo matches a line to your material by the supplier article code. For an unmatched line you pick the article or create one, and the same code is found by itself next time.
Photo
Photograph the delivery note or upload a PDF.
Reading
Kvedo reads the supplier, number, date and lines.
Check
You see which lines were found in the catalogue and which still need an article.
In stock
Book it and the quantities are on the balance. Unticked lines stay with the document.
A delivery note is the supplier's document for the goods received. Photograph it right in the shop, and the materials are in stock, not in the glovebox.
Not when Kvedo reads it. If the reading fails or a page is blurred, you can enter the document by hand.
Up to ten photographed pages, or a PDF of up to 20 pages and 20 MB.
Kvedo has no expense report. A purchase is booked into stock, and from it you can create an expense with its amount and date.
A delivery note that has been read goes into stock. From a scanned purchase invoice, the ticked lines can be added to one job.
No, the server reads the document. A purchase entered by hand stays on the phone and goes when the network is back.
