The call-out

First address

Pipe and fittings
Add pipe by the metre and press fittings by the piece to the job from your catalogue, at your markup.
Second call-out
Driving counts on its own, and the kilometres between the two addresses go to the job they belong to.
Photos and a note
Photograph the old and the new joint, and the note stays on the job for the next visit.
Invoice in the stairwell
Finish the job and the hours and materials become an invoice with VAT. The PDF goes to the client.

Before the invoice Kvedo shows the summary: time, materials, photos and price. If the kilometres to the site are not worked out, Kvedo says so and you add them before sending.
