How the Kvedo CRM works

A client card that remembers everything

Every client has their own jobs, invoices, notes and a summary: what is paid, what is still owed, how many invoices are late and when the last job was.

Unlike other CRMs

Kvedo has no deal stages and no email campaigns. It is a CRM for people who drive to the client: the address for navigation in Google Maps or Waze, contact details, and the registration and VAT number for the invoice. Kvedo checks the numbers by their check digit.

A job in a minute, handed on

Create a job with the client, address, time and priority, and give it to one worker or the whole crew. Save the jobs you repeat as a template, and let Kvedo raise regular maintenance itself every week, every two weeks or every month.

An online CRM that works without internet too

The data sits on the server, so you and your workers see the same thing. With no signal in a cellar, entries stay on the phone and go up by themselves when the network is back.

The CRM in four steps

The client

Enter the client once: address, phone, registration and VAT number.

The job

Create a job with an address and a time, and give it to a person or a crew.

The invoice

A finished job turns into an invoice, and it stays on the client card.

The history

Any time, you see which job was when and what is still unpaid.
